Our Traditional Scrapple is real old-fashioned country scrapple made from our 200 year old family receipe. We take a generous blend of nutritious flavored lean pork, stone ground whole wheat flour, the highest quality cornmeal, salt and natural spices. The mixture is cooked, then formed in loaf-shaped tins. Our Traditional Scrapple is shown above with some of the most popular toppings, ketchup, maple syrup and horse raddish.
Scrapp-A-Lean
Scrapp-A-Lean - it's the same great Scrapple taste. Scrapp-A-Lean blends nutritious flavored low-fat pork, qluten free flour, low sodium salt and natural spices. The mixture is cooked, then formed into loaf-shaped tins. Scapp-A-Lean shown above as a favorite healthy main dish with a side of carrots.
Pig Pockets
